New Sign (For Stop, Yield And Signal Control)
The purpose of the NEW sign is to alert drivers of a
new STOP sign, YIELD sign or traffic control signal
installation, at a location where previously no such
sign/device existed. The NEW sign also warns drivers
about changes in signal timing phases (e.g., deletion
of an advance green phase).
