Overhead X Sign (Also known as PEDESTRIAN CROSSOVER Sign)

The standard size OVERHEAD X sign (WC-20)
must be used at all pedestrian crossover locations
where the presence of aerial wires (e.g., streetcar or
trolley bus lines) requires the signing to be
segmented.
